Study Reveals Why Women are More Talkative than Men

It seems to be a negative female stereotype that women talk more than men. Turns out out it’s a scientific fact. Researchers at the University of Maryland have found women have more of a special “language protein” in their brain called the “Foxp2 protein.” In tests performed on rats, however, the same protein levels were higher in males. So if you’re a woman who finds herself conversing with her male pets, you’re not crazy -- you’re just following a biological imperative.
