The judge in Casey Kasem’s conservatorship case has reversed a ruling which required doctors to keep the legendary DJ alive, TMZ reports. According to the outlet, Kasem’s daughters have made the decision to withhold medication, food and fluids from their father, as outlined by his health directive document. The document, which was shared in court, reads: "If the extension of my life would result in mere biological existence, devoid of cognitive function, with no reasonable hope for normal functioning, then I do not desire any form of life-sustaining procedures, including nutrition and hydration." Kasem’s wife Jean was reportedly furious over the court’s decision and stormed out after the ruling.

"He apologized for how he treated them," one source says about his conversations with his exes, while another source adds, "They couldn't care less [that] he wants to make it right."

Led by single “Get Her Back,” the album was written and produced by Thicke in the wake of his and Patton’s separation five months ago. While Patton has yet to respond to Thicke’s very public begging, she told Vanity Fair earlier this year that she will always have “deep love” for her husband. Thicke will perform at the BET Awards on June 29 and will release Paula on July 1.
