Tracy Morgan is in critical condition following a multi-car crash on the New Jersey Turkpike on Saturday. However, the comedian's rep reported that he was "more responsive" as of Sunday. Morgan suffered several injuries, including a broken nose, leg, femur, and several ribs. He is expected to remain in the hospital for several weeks. Police say that the accident occurred after a Walmart truck driver dozed off and collided into the tour bus carrying Morgan and his entourage. Two others in his vehicle are also in critical condition. James McNair, a comedy writer and good friend of Morgan's, was killed in the accident.

Rihanna won "Most Desirable Woman" at Spike TV's Guys Choice Awards on Saturday. "Thank you for voting me for this at 26 because we all know it goes downhill from here," the singer joked while accepting her award. "This is a fun award, I appreciate it. Shout out to all the real men out there." Other winners at the event included Sandra Bullock, who took home the Decade of Hotness Award and Matthew McConaughey, who was named Guy of the Year.

The author whose books are the source material for HBO’s Game of Thrones is offering the opportunity of a lifetime to die-hard fans: the chance to die a gruesome death in the pages of his next book in the series. According to the NY Daily News, author George R.R. Martin is offering the unique reward as incentive to get folks to donate money to a wolf sanctuary in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Fans who donate $20,000 or more will get a character named in their honor who will die a grim death.

During her fan appreciation show at CMA Fest, Carrie Underwood dished that she's working on getting past her nervousness and coming up with fresh material. "In the beginning, you just never really know what's going to happen or what form it's going to take," she admitted. "There's always that panic for me." However, she added, "I’ve got some really good stuff guys! Very excited!" While no official album information has been announced, Underwood is expected to head to the studio to record later this year.

A man was arrested after breaking into Sandra Bullock's Los Angeles home early Sunday morning. Police responded to the call of a prowler at 6:30 a.m. and arrested 39-year-old Joshua Corbett on suspicion of residential burglary. Bullock's rep confirmed that the Oscar-winning actress was home during the break-in, but told People magazine, "She is unharmed and is fine."

On Friday night's episode of The Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon challenged Channing Tatum to an arm-wrestling match. During the match, the talk show host and 22 Jump Street actor talked trash to each other about all the ridiculous things they were going to do after they won. "I'm gonna start texting you so you see that little typing bubble pop up... and then I'm gonna wait like five years," Tatum threatened Fallon, "and then just text, 'K.'" Ultimately, he did win.

Jennifer Lopez and much-younger boyfriend Casper Smart have broken up after two-and-a-half years of dating, a source has confirmed to Us Weekly. "It has actually been an amicable process that started a few months ago," the source says. "It wasn't an easy decision, but they decided to stay friends... Their relationship couldn't work with the distance. He started trying to establish his own life and career, and she is so focused on hers, and they just couldn't be all about each other anymore." Lopez, 44, and Smart, 27, started dating in November 2011, four months after she split from third husband Marc Anthony.

This week Jack White releases his second solo album, Lazaretto. The follow-up to 2012’s Blunderbuss, Lazaretto consists of 11 blues-rock tracks inspired, in part, by short stories and plays written by White when he was 19. Meanwhile, rock act O.A.R. will debut The Rockville LP, the band’s first release since 2011. And Swedish folk duo First Aid Kit premiere their third studio album, Stay Gold. Produced by Mike Mogis, who worked on the band's previous album, Stay Gold will introduce new elements to the band’s sound, including a 13-piece orchestra.

Cable doesn't need another murder investigation, but if network execs insist on assigning detectives to track dangerous sociopaths, they should bring this level of pedigree: Murder was created by cop-show legend Steven Bochco, produced by West Wing veteran Thomas Schlamme, and it stars Taye Diggs and Harry Potter's Tom Felton. With a season-long focus on a single case, the story has plenty of breathing room, and the San Francisco setting feels particularly natural. As unnecessary things go, Murder is exquisite.
