It's been a rough and emotional week for Miley Cyrus. The pop star, whose puppy Floyd who died suddenly Tuesday, broke down in tears when she dedicated the song "Landslide" to her beloved pooch during a special KISS 108 FM sound check for fans in Boston yesterday. "I shouldn’t say he was my favorite but he was my favorite, and he passed away,” a choked-up Miley said of Floyd. “I just wanted to do this song for him because we used to always listen to Fleetwood Mac together and this was his favorite song." Although clearly emotional, Miley was able to finish her rendition which ended with a roaring applause from fans.

During an interview on The Howard Stern Show yesterday, Nick Cannon revealed that his very famous wife, Mariah Carey, has no idea who his ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian is. "Honestly, my wife, she doesn't even know who Kim Kardashian is," Cannon said. "She doesn't pay attention to that." Stern interjected, "Right, she's on a whole other planet." Ever the titan of TMI, Cannon also shared that he and Mariah have a huge house filled with special rooms that they use for sex. Um, thanks for the visual.

CMT Crossroads, a show that pairs country artists with acts outside the genre, will celebrate its 50th episode on June 13 with Kacey Musgraves and Katy Perry teaming up for a joint concert performance. The two will tape their appearance in L.A. later this month; it will be the first Crossroads episode to air (on later dates) on CMT's sister Viacom networks, including VH1, MTV, MTV Hits and Palladia.
