Taylor Swift has obtained a restraining order against a stalker who believes he is married to her and has threatened to kill anyone who stands in his way. Swift filed legal documents stating that the man, Timothy Sweet, has been stalking her since 2011. Sweet has written a number of disturbing letters, emails and posts on social media stating things like, "If anyone in Taylor Swift's family gets killed, it is not my fault" and "Dearest Taylor, I'll kill any man who gets in the way of our marriage. Message to John Kerry, Secretary of State." He also claims that he and Swift are married and live in Beverly Hill together. A judge has ordered Sweet to stay at least 100 yards away from Swift, her parents and her brother.

Scarlett Johansson is expecting her first child with her fiancé Romain Dauriac. The news comes just six months after Johansson, 29, got engaged to 31-year-old Dauriac, a French journalist. Back in January, the actress told People of her engagement, "I'm very happy. He’s my buddy. Being engaged is an exciting time to enjoy and to really savor." She also told Good Morning America, "I'm not doing any wedding planning."

Wondering what happened to all the celebrity cash Ellen DeGeneres collected in Pharrell Williams' hat at the Oscars on Sunday night? It went to a good cause. DeGeneres gave the collection, totaling around $600, to Edgar Martirosyan, the man who delivered the Big Mama’s and Papa’s pizzas to the ceremony. She then had Martirosyan as a guest on her show yesterday, where she gave him another $400, making his Oscars delivery tip a total of $1,000. Martirosyan confirmed that he had no idea he was going to walk out onto the live Oscars telecast: "They told me I'm just going to deliver for writers and then when I was there they just told me wait here… You said just follow me and I'm going, then I'm on a stage… I was in shock."
