Will Ferrell has been named the worst celebrity autograph signer by Autograph Magazine. According to the magazine, "He mocks people, taunts and embarrasses them when they ask for autographs." Others who were criticized for their ungraciousness: Cameron Diaz, Joaquin Phoenix, Renee Zellweger, Scarlett Johansson, and Bruce Willis. On the nice side of the things, Johnny Depp was named one of the best autograph signers, along with Matt Damon, George Clooney, Jack Nicholson, John Travolta, and Dakota Fanning.

Miley Cyrus had the most talked-about moment -- again -- at last night's MTV European Music Awards in Amsterdam. When she walked on stage to accept the award for Best Video, Cyrus lit up a joint. MTV censored the bit out on the telecast, but the pictures are, of course, all over the internet. Miley drama aside, Eminem was the night's big winner, picking up Best Male and the Global Icon Award. Katy Perry bested Cyrus to win Best Female, while Justin Bieber inexplicably beat Justin Timberlake, Jay Z, Bruno Mars, and Eminem to win Best Male. Mars didn't go home empty-handed, though -- he picked up the trophy for Best Song for "Locked Out of Heaven."

They've been dating for less than six months, but Jenny McCarthy is already thinking about marrying boyfriend Donnie Wahlberg. During her pre-taped appearance on Monday's episode of Bethenny, the View co-host revealed to Bethenny Frankel that she would definitely say "yes" if Wahlberg proposed. "I think he would be an amazing husband!" she gushed. "I would sure say yes. I wouldn't be surprised if I was the one proposing!" The outspoken blonde, 41, is used to making the first move. She also shared for the umpteenth time that she gave Wahlberg, 44, her number after it became clear that he wasn't going to take action.

Harry Potter got one, so why not Katniss Everdeen? Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer says that they are considering creating a Hunger Games theme park. "We have been approached in two different territories about potential theme park opportunities, which gives you a sense of the cultural impact of this franchise," he says. "We are excited about those opportunities and are pursuing them." A theme park based on a free-for-all killing spree? Sounds a little terrifying to us.
