Nicole Kidman took a tumble yesterday in New York City when a paparazzo on a bicycle crashed into her and knocked her to the ground. The paparazzo was said to be racing to take a photo of the actress. Kidman picked herself up and hobbled into her hotel. Police and ambulance were called, and Kidman was treated for minor injuries. According to TMZ, Kidman is furious over the incident and plans to press charges.
