Kris Humphries -- remember him?-- is reportedly planning to auction off the engagement ring he gave ex-wife Kim Kardashian before winning it back during their divorce. While the Boston Celtics power forward hasn't publicly revealed that he's hocking the 16-carat, Lorraine Schwartz ring, a bauble that matches Kardashian's old bling has surfaced on the auction list at Christie's. The rectangular-cut diamond, flanked on either side by a pair of smaller, 1.80-carat diamonds, is expected to sell for about $300,000 to $500,000 -- way less than the $2 million (plus his pride) it's believed to have originally cost Humphries.

Jenny McCarthy says that her 11-year-old son Evan approves of her new boyfriend, Donnie Wahlberg. The View co-host, 40, gushed to Us Weekly, "[Donnie's] nothing short of awesome [with my son.] It's too soon to actually give the biggest opinion in the world, but the one meeting has been great. [Donnie is] son-approved!" Evan is McCarthy's only child from her marriage to actor/director John Mallory Asher, whom she divorced in 2005. Walhberg is a single parent as well; he and ex-wife Kim Fey have two kids, Xavier and Elijah.
Oprah Winfrey has revealed her bizarre biggest fear: balloons. The TV mogul says the sound of the inflatable objects popping reminds her of gunfire and that her staff once took advantage of her fear: "For my 40th birthday, my entire staff decided to surprise me. And I come downstairs and the entire audience is filled with balloons. Literally, I'm stepping over balloons, having to walk through balloons and I'm so, like, 'Oh! When is one going to pop?" Being Oprah, though, she turned the experience into a positive one: "[I] just had to walk through them. And that became a metaphor for facing all of my fears.
