Chris Brown's probation in his felony assault case was revoked Monday by a judge in Los Angeles. The hang-up? Allegedly that "obey all laws" part of the deal he struck with the D.A.'s office back in 2009. Prosecutors maintained that two new misdemeanor charges (hit-and-run and driving without a license) violate the terms of Brown's five-year probation. On Monday, the judge set a court day of August 16, at which time it will be decided what punishment, if any, will be meted out. Brown could face up to four years behind bars on the probation violation.

It's offical! Jenny McCarthy is replacing Joy Behar on The View. Barbara Walters says, ''We are delighted that Jenny will be joining us as a permanent co-host on ‘The View’ starting in September. Jenny brings us intelligence as well as warmth and humor. She can be serious and outrageous. She has connected with our audience and offers a fresh point of view. Jenny will be a great addition to the show as we usher in an exciting new chapter for ‘The View.’''
Stevie Wonder announced that he's boycotting Florida and any other state with laws that tip in favor of using excessive force to defend oneself. "I decided today that until the Stand Your Ground law is abolished in Florida, I will never perform there again. As a matter of fact, wherever I find that law exists, I will not perform in that state or in that part of the world... You can’t just talk about it, you gotta be about it."
