Lindsay Lohan was arrested yesterday for striking a woman in the face at a New York club. She and Tiffany Mitchell were watching a fight when they bumped into each other and exchanged words. Both returned to their seats before Lindsay struck Tiff. Tiff did not require medical attention. Lohan was charged with assault. She was at a Justin Bieber concert before her arrest. source tells Perez Hilton, " Lindsay was completely out of control. She was drinking way too much booze and was doing cocaine. Lindsay was just looking for trouble. She went wild and was kicking and screaming, cursing at the girl and then spit at her. The girl looked like she wanted to fight back at Lindsay, but was too startled by all the commotion to react."
The boys of One Direction will be stopping by The Late Show with David Letterman for the first time on December 7th. Their time with Dave will be taking place right after the guys put on their sold-out show at the Madison Square Garden.
Joe Jackson, father of Janet, Michael, Tito, Jeramine...well you know who he is. He has suffered a stroke. A friend close to the Jackson's says the stroke happened Thursday morning, and he is currently being treated in a Las Vegas hospital. Despite the health scare Joe is sad to be " in very good spirits." The stroke was described as mild, so he may be released today.
Betty White is auctioning off a date with herself. Proceeds benefit The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Bidding starts on Monday at a minimum bid of $1,000 on SPCA LA's eBay page.

TMZ claims Lindsay has no plans to meet her half-sister, Ashley. Michael says, "I am sorry to hear Lindsay feels that way. I met Ashley and she is a good kid. But we all have our choices to make in life, as well as our own prerogatives. Who knows, maybe someday things will change. Regardless, I want the best for all my kids."

14 year-old Ariel Winter, Modern Family's book-smart star whose sarcastic humor cracks like a whip, has apparently left her home, NOT because she wanted to live a fancy-free, adult lifestyle with her 18 year-old boyfriend…But because she was ordered to after a judge determined that the emotional and physical abuse allegations concerning her mother were serious enough to take action! At an October 3rd hearing, a judge ordered that Ariel be removed from the care of her mother Crystal Workman, and granted Ariel's sister Shanelle Workman temporary guardianship. Crystal was also told to stay 100 yards away from her daughter for the foreseeable future. AND what's even more distressing, is that this is not the first occasion where abuse allegations were filed against Crystal! Almost 20 years prior, Shanelle was reportedly also removed from her mother's care and was placed into foster care for two years.

TMZ claims Linsday Lohan will be arrested later this week for lying to the Santa Monica police. She told cops she wasn't driving her Porsche when it crashed into the back of a truck. The charge is a misdemeanor. A source tells RADAR Online, "Once Lindsay is formally charged with lying to cops, the Los Angeles City Attorney's office will ask for a formal probation violation hearing. At the conclusion of the probation hearing prosecutors will ask the judge to sentence Lindsay to time in jail, up to one year."
Miley Cyrus' fiance, Liam Hemsworth, allegedly got cozy with a blonde at a Hollywood club. A source tells RADAR Online, “Liam was in the corner of the back tent with a blonde and they were getting very cozy. It definitely looked like they were behaving in a way that was more than just friendly. An insider said, “Simon Cowell is now having his trailer redecorated and a Jacuzzi bathtub is being installed. A construction team has been working around the clock to finish before the live shows begin. The whole space around the trailer is a mess with all the work that’s going on.” But its causing drama on the lot! Bruno, a judge from Dancing Witth The Stars is not happy about Simon's mini-mansion. A source revealed: “He's ticked and has been complaining about it. He's even more annoyed that the massive two-story trailer is blocking all the sunlight.”
I sure hope this isn't true. Cee-Lo Green is being investigated for sexual assault after an anonymous woman filed a complaint against him with the LAPD. Sources say cops have already questioned employees at a restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles, but Cee-Lo claims that the woman is making all of this up. According to him: "Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else." No charges have been brought against Cee-Lo just yet.
