The Texas police stopped Nelly on Wednesday night and found 36 bags of heroin, 10 pounds of weed and a gun on his tour bus.He was let go after a friend admitted the drugs were his. Nelly says, “It is my understanding a member of my staff made an unfortunate decision to bring unlawful materials onto our tour bus that resulted in his arrest this morning. Neither I nor anyone else on the tour bus was aware of his decision to bring these on board. Law enforcement officials did not press charges against anyone other than that individual.”

Lindsay Lohan was assaulted in New York yesterday. She met Christian LaBella at a club before inviting him back to her hotel room. Lindsay confronted him after he took pictures of her with his camera phone. Christian threw her on a bed before she fled. Later, he jumped on top of Lindsay and choked her as one of her friends pulled a fire alarm. Cops nailed Christian as he was leaving the hotel. Lindsay's rep says, "Lindsay was assaulted in a New York hotel. While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized. The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody. Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation." But get this the cops did not charge Christian...he is now out of jail!
