A source tells Perez Hilton, "Kristen didn't feel it was appropriate to issue a public apology to Liberty once the story of her affair with Rupert broke. Instead, she's going to do the decent thing and write Liberty a private letter expressing her deepest regret for her actions. She was thinking of including Liberty, Rupert and the kids in her public apology – but Kristen was so desperate to save her relationship with Rob she decided to concentrate on that first. On Monday's Today Show, Kathie Lee Gifford gave her opinion about rumors of Aretha Franklin become a judge on American Idol. She said. "If they are looking for a younger demographic, there are a lot of kids out there (who) actually don't know who Aretha Franklin is. It's sad, but they don't." Well that didn't sit well with Aretha, she said, "…My audience and fans span the age of 8 to 90! And are multi-ethnic, and I am very well known to young adults, tweens and teens. Octo-Mom Getting Sued
A Florida strip club is pressing charges against Nadya Suleman for backing out of their signed agreement to guest strip at their adult club. They have also filed an emergency injunction to keep the Octo from appearing in competing strip clubs. It is unclear whether the matter will be resolved before Octo's appearance at The Playhouse Gentleman's Club in Hollywood on Friday. The drama happened after a bartender at T's Lounge said on television that she thought Octo-Mom was "crazy." Octo-Mom did not like that and cancelled her appearance. But apparently her contract said she must give 35 days' notice. The lawsuit says she only gave 34.T's Lounge is suing for an amount in excess of $15,000 which we're pretty sure Octo-Mom does not have

Mockingjay, which is the 3rd book of the Hunger Games will be made into 2 separate movies. Lionsgate announced release dates for both films: The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 will drop in November 21, 2014 — and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 364 days later! Bad thing is we will have to wait a whole year between Catching Fire and the 2 Mockingjay movies.

According to eyewitness Britney Spears, left the set of X-Factor after a contestant sung her classis song, You Drive Me Crazy. The North Carolina man was partially dressed in drag: hair in a bun, kitty-cat glasses, a bejeweled denim jacket, boots and tears. He told the judges that not only was he recently put on welfare, he almost missed this chance of a lifetime because he doesn't even have enough money for a phone bill! Britney let after watching his set. Simon Cowell told the contestant, "I don't think she understood your tribute." But clearly she had a change of heart. Because upon her return, she told the contestant: "I really respect the tribute. It was really nice."

About 2 weeks ago, Adele announced that she is going to be a mommy. According to reports she is due in just 2 months. They report that she has been pregnant since the Grammy's and has been avoiding the spotlight for months! Most recently, she passed on attending this year's Billboard Awards in May and then avoided press by arriving late to the Ivor Novello Awards also that month, as well! An insider revealed: “Adele has barely left the house in recent months, so she could keep this to herself for as long as possible. She stopped exercising a few months ago, and since then it's been all about the baby.”
Looks like we might see some new judges on American Idol next year. Jennifer Lopez doesn’t seem to interested in returning so producers may be looking to replace her and Randy Jackson with former contestant Adam Lambert. They have also reached out to Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, Fergie, Katy Perry and will.i.am. According to a source: "No one has signed any contracts yet and producers are currently putting out feelers and setting up meetings to see who they can get. We won't know if Randy [Jackson] and Steven [Tyler] are returning until they see who else is on board." Producers only have three more cities left to audition potential talent before the official judges get brought in - and that's a pretty long shortlist of potentials!

Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards aren't speaking. A source tells the Huff Post, “New York was a nightmare. They have not spoken since then. He didn’t see the kids in New York, except for the game that they all attended. It’s very, very sad. Everyone around him tries so hard to keep the peace for the kids. But at times you have to step away. There is so much that people don’t know. Denise would have nothing to do with him if they didn’t have kids together. Don’t get involved with him -- it’s like the mafia.”

Usher’s stepson, Kyle Glover has been declared brain dead after his horrific accident last Friday. The 11 year old son of Tameka Foster was struck in the head by a passing jet ski while floating around on an inner tube in Georgia's Lake Lanier. He's been in critical condition since he was first admitted to the hospital. Kyle’s health hasn't made any improvements. His brain hasn't displayed any activity during his stay. No decision has been made whether or not to take Kyle off of life support and understandably so. Even though doctor's have made the unfathomable declaration that Kyle will never be conscious again, we can't imagine any parent giving up hope so soon. Tameka hasn't left the hospital since she arrived, while Usher got there on Saturday night and we're betting he has been by his ex's side since.

Congrats to Kourtney Kardashian & Scott Disick on their 2nd child. The baby girl was born on Sunday weighing 7 pounds and 14 ounces. They named her
Penelope Scotland Disick. Mom and daughter are said to be doing well and have released the following statement: "Scott and I are overjoyed to welcome our precious angel Penelope Scotland Disick into our lives. We are forever blessed. Mommy and baby are resting comfortably." Meanwhile, mom/manager Kris Jenner couldn't be happier with her precious new granddaughter. Explaining Kourtney's birth, Kris revealed: "It was a great. She had an easy delivery. [Penelope] is so cute. She looks just like Mason. She's so beautiful. We are so happy."

Destiny Child Reunion
The Spice Girls recently reunited to launch their new musical So when Perez Hilton caught up with Michelle Williams from Destiny’s Child at the BET Awards and asked it there will be a Destiny’s Child reunion. Michelle said:
"Man, when I saw the Spice Girls, I was like 'Okay, okay, come on DC! We gotta do it, too!'" When asked if a reunion was in the works or if it would happen anytime soon, Michelle responded: "Hopefully, we'll see…I don't rule it out as just never! It'll be eight years [since the group parted ways]!"
The girls of the group are staying busy. Beyonce is a mommy, and working her way back on stage. Michelle has a gospel record coming out next year and Kelly is working on her next album.

The film, starring real life loves Andrew Garfield & Emma Stone pulled in $35 million, making it the biggest Tuesday opening since Transformers in 2007.Spider-Man is expected to make $120-$140 million over the six day debut, but we wouldn't be surprised if it exceeds those expectations.
Divorce Will Be Public!
Katie Holmes filled an emergent application with the New York courts to make everything from their divorce proceedings public. In other words they won't be settling this privately! The motion now means Tom will have to hire a New York lawyer and fast because the two are scheduled to appear in front of Judge Matthew Cooper on July 17th. A source with knowledge of the filing said Katie's move is an aggressive one: "It’s unlikely for a celebrity to file an emergency hearing, because most celebrities settle out of court because they don’t want the media involved in their case. Katie and Tom are now going to have an open court room, which means that anyone can walk in and see what’s happening. Plus, they are putting their case in the hands of a judge who is going to determine what happens next. Most public figures don’t want that — it’s a last resort. It’s super-aggressive for Katie to have taken these steps. It suggests that there’s going to be a contentious divorce battle to come."
