A Miley Cyrus mega-fan was arrested for trespassing in Nebraska last week for sneaking into the singer's dressing room to leave her a personal note and his telephone number. Tucker Salvesen, 19, used a VIP pass he got from a truck driver to make his way to the dressing room the day before her concert. His note, according to police, said in part: "Your music has given me all the answers I was looking for when my heart got broke... Please let me meet you." Salvesen was arrested the day of the concert and missed Cyrus' performance. He says he's already bought tickets for another show.

On the Tonight Show last night, Jimmy Fallon and Mad Men star Jon Hamm photobombed unsuspecting tourists in New York City. The tourists who visited Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center over the weekend were asked to pose for a photo to be used on the attraction’s website. What they didn’t know was that in the background of their photo, Fallon and Hamm would jump out, make goofy faces and even share a sandwich Lady and the Tramp style.

A slew of female celebrities (and a few male ones) have joined Lean In author Sheryl Sandberg's campaign to discourage the use of the word "bossy" when describing girls. Jane Lynch, Jennifer Garner, Condoleeza Rice and Diane Von Furstenberg also appear in the new "Ban Bossy" PSA, posted to YouTube Sunday. In the clip, Beyonce states, "I'm not bossy, I'm the boss," and encourages girls to "be brave, be you." Other celebs state the importance of praising girls' leadership qualities rather than calling them "pushy" and "stubborn."

Taylor Swift made $39,699,575.60 over the past 12 months, according to Billboard's list of the music industry's top 40 money makers of 2014. That figure, which doesn't even include money made off merchandising, branding and sponsorships, factors in her stature as an "elite artist" on the digital front, where she ranked sixth in raking in 10 million downloads, as well as her physical album sales, which ranked eighth among all money makers on the list. Billboard notes that Swift  really shines when it comes to touring, "perhaps the best metric of fan passion," taking in an estimated $30 million in six months of touring. Here's the top 10:
  1. Taylor Swift: $39,699,575.60
  2. Kenny Chesney: $32,956,240.70
  3. Justin Timberlake: $31,463,297.03

  5. The Rolling Stones: $26,225,121.71
  6. Beyonce: $24,429,176.86
  7. Maroon 5: $22,284,754.07
  8. Luke Bryan: $22,142,235.98
