R Kelly fans in Louisiana are demanding refunds after claiming that an impersonator appeared in place of the R&B singer at a concert this weekend. The singer, who is due to release his new album Black Panties later this year, was scheduled to appear at the Monroe Civic Centre on Saturday night . However, fans say the man who finally performed at 1 a.m. was not R Kelly, but a poorly conceived doppelganger who was seen at a nearby restaurant early the next morning.

Doug Ellin, the show creator and director, tweeted a photo of the cast on Monday with the words, "It's a go. love you all." Meanwhile, Jerry Ferrara -- otherwise known as Turtle on the series -- echoed Ellin's sentiments, tweeting, "I am proud to announce the #Entourage movie is officially a GO!
