Shocking exactly no one, both Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj announced on Twitter Thursday that they won't be returning to American Idol after serving a single, dysfunctional season as judges on the show. First came Maria's announcement: "With the global success of 'Beautiful' her management tweeted, "Mariah Carey confirms world tour and says goodbye to Idol." A few hours later, Nicki tweeted her thanks to Idol for the "life-changing experience," saying she "wouldn't trade it for the world."
Michael Jackson wanted to date Katie Couric. She says, "Boteach called me in my office... He said, 'Katie, I have a question for you. Are you seeing anyone?' I said, 'Actually, I am seeing someone)' because I had a boyfriend at the time. He said, 'Oh, that's a shame... Michael said to me, That's the kind of girl I would like to go out with...' and I said, "that's very flattering but I am seeing someone... Will you tell him how flattered I am and what a nice compliment that is?'"
Lance Bass is scared for Amanda Bynes. He tells CBS, “Amanda was a great friend of mine. In fact, I produced one of her last films, ‘Love Wrecked,’ so I got to spend some great time with her. It's one of those situations where obviously there are some mental problems there and she’s not able to see that. We all are ... and no one’s able to get to her, so I’m actually really scared for her, and I hope someone is able to get to her to be able to get her the help she needs.” Amanda responded: I ignored Lance Bass on twitter and now he is saying I have a mental illness. Sorry you're an ugly ex boy band member w/ no talent or career
