Chris Kelly, half of the '90s kid rap duo Kris Kross, whose song "Jump" became one of the decade's most memorable anthems, died at an Atlanta hospital on Wednesday. He was 34. Police say his death is being investigated as a drug overdose. An autopsy is scheduled for today. Lindsay Lohan is due to start her 90-day rehab stint today. The question is: Has she checked in? Is she where she's supposed to be? TMZ reported yesterday that Lohan was flying to California to Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, California. Problem is, prosecutors did not sign off on Morningside. Prosecutors and lawyers agreed she'd be going to the Seafield Center rehab facility in Westhampton Beach, New York. However, Lindsay freaked out when she learned Seafield is a non-smoking facility, convinced she can't go without her cigs. If she's not in Seafield today, her plea deal goes up in smoke.
