Soup Kitchen's 127 Yard Sale

The Soup Kitchen will be collecting donations to be added to the yardsale throughout the month of July. Auction on the 10th for remaining items. All of the proceeds collected will be given to the Soup Kitchen.

Spellapalooza 5

The Thorn Hill Adult Education Center is once again hosting the Spellapalooza spelling bee contest to raise money for the Thorn Hill Education Center. There is no charge for admission. Dinner will be severed at 5pm, cost of the meal is donation. Individual desserts can be purchased throughout the evening at the bake sale. There will also be a live auction. For questions call 875-1481. The highlight of the evening is the spelling bee which features teams of 3 vying for the traveling trophy. Team members can be any age. American Legion Auxiliary Painting fundraiser

The American Legion Auxiliary will be hosting a canvas painting fundraiser. The class will be 2 hours taught by Full Circle Studio of Frankfort all supplies are provided you just have to show up and have fun.  The Auxiliary will be providing snacks during the event. Swing for Simon House

Simon House, Inc. is holding Simon Says: Swing Fore Simon House on Friday, August 22 at Juniper Hills in Frankfort. This is a golf scramble with a twist. This is a golf scramble for 4-person teams. The benefits from the scramble will help Simon House care for homeless women and children in our community.  Cost is $60.00 per player (before 8-15) and $65 per player after 8-15.  For Juniper Hill members, the cost is $40 for early registration and $45 for late registration. Stand Up To Cancer
