7 Health Benefits of Being Organized

Reduced Financial Stress
If you misplace your bills, or have to pay late fees, it puts a strain on you not only mentally but financially. Make yourself a little rack or something that you can set all of your bills in and designate a specific day of the week for you to pay all of your bills at once.

Minimized Personal Conflicts
Arguments between couples can be caused by anything from a lost item, forgotten errands, or clutter. Make sure that you keep things in your life organized because it will not only benefit you, but it will benefit the relationship you have with your partner.

Increased "Me" Time
If you don't think you can cram anything else into your busy schedule, get yourself organized. You may find out that you have time to add an enjoyable activity into your life if you just get yourself organized and get things straightened out. The more "me" time you have, the more energized and happy you'll be, and so will the others around you.

Fewer Missed Medications
With the growing technology around us, there are apps on your phone now that will remind you when it's time for you to take a medication. Take full advantage of that, the more you are organized with things like that, the better organized you will be with everything else because you will have fewer worries to deal with.

More Time for Exercise
If your the kind of person that uses that treadmill in the corner as more of a clothes rack or your exercise equipment isn't easy to access, then you are less likely to use it. In the morning before work, or before you go to bed, pack a gym bag so you have no excuses no to go and work out after school or class.

Better diet
Plan your meals ahead of time so that you can make sure you have everything that you need for that night to prepare dinner. The more unorganized you are, the more likely you are to run through the drive-thru or to eat out and that just adds on the calories for the day.

A Healthier Home

Clutter in your house can make it harder to clean, therefore contributing to the amount of dust you have in your home. The more dust the more likely you are to become sick and removing the clutter from your house will eliminate 40% of the housework you have to do.
