2. The fear of Friday the 13th is called paraskavedekatriaphobia.
3. According to the British Medical Journal there is a significant increase in traffic-related accidents when the date is Friday 13th.
4. Every year has at least one and at most three Friday the13ths.
5. The longest period that can occur without a Friday the 13th is fourteen months.
6. Black Sabbath's eponymous debut album was released in the UK on Friday, February 13, 1970.

Bell Peppers. Thanks to their high vitamin C content (291 percent of the RDA), bell peppers are a good anti-stress food. They’re also low in calories (red bell peppers are only 25 calories per cup) and high in dietary fiber.
Parsley. This member of the carrot family delivers an astounding amount of stress-busting nutrients like flavonoids, a type of antioxidant found in plants that protect against free-radical damage (which are the result of stress) and vitamins A and C.
